Mean Spirited Conservatives?

Has anyone else noticed how the MSM and their adherents are always tossing around the allegation that Conservatism is a mean spirited and exclusive club.  How do they get away with this?

How can these vermin co-opt this moral high ground of acceptance and concern for the Human condition?  Simple - we let them do it.  Conservatives are not "activists" by nature.  Allow me to clarify.

As a Conservative we accept what is.  We have embraced American exceptionalism as a way of life.  By virtue of Conservatism we plod along on our merry way forging our way in this great land.  We accept our good fortune to be born American and we understand that the epitome of Conservative belief is that we are given massive opportunities to compete.

Inherent within the opportunity to compete and participate is understood that we are owed nothing.  We are given a reasonably level playing field on which to wage our struggle and our success or lack thereof is largely dependent upon our efforts, dedication and hopefully a tad bit of luck.

Not so with the whiners, complainers and Marxists (pardon the redundancy).  They are activists by nature.  In their tiny little minds resides an inherent belief that life is one big inequality and it's up to government to fix it.

When a Conservative wakes up in the morning we see each sunrise as a new opportunity for something good to happen, even if the "good" is nothing more than one more day where we live in freedom and we slowly add to our wealth of life experiences.  Not so with the Marxists.  Each sunrise for them is another grim day; another day of inequality and someone somewhere holding someone down.

And therein lies the crux of the argument.  These Marxists have nothing better to do than be indefatigable activists in overturning what they represent as inequality.  And in so doing they have co-opted the moral high ground of concern for Humanity.  The reality is they are using this non-existent plethora of inequalities as the media by which they argue for their desires.

They have, very cleverly I might add, shrouded their political desires within this alleged concern for others, when the reality is the Marxists want what they want - to be the dominant political viewpoint throughout the world.

How else could they get away with their insane arguments?  For example, these Marxists scream loud and long about how we must get off foreign oil, etc., yet who is it standing in the way of us pumping or own oil?  Who is it standing dead set against us using our coal to make oil as Hitler did in WW2?  Who won't let us pump the continental shelf?

These clowns have managed to gain a following with the Global Warming crap and through that are managing to block every effort to turn our huge coal reserves (we have more coal than the Saudis have oil) into oil, all guised under an alleged concern for the planet, all the while they complain incessantly about how we need to get off foreign oil.  Huh?

We must move the argument from specifics, ie., coal gasification, drilling the ANWR, drill our own continental shelf, etc., and make the argument one of exposing these Marxists for what they are.  As long as they can grasp onto any one particular point they can fight and argue 'til the cows come home.

I would suggest my readers Google "The Revolutionary's Catechism" and read a few of the high points.  This catechism was the Bolshevik list of instructions on how to overthrow a government and replace it with Bolshevism.  One of their tactics is to keep the argument about specifics, keep arguing their points ad infinitum, so the argument cannot be turned onto their specific ideology.

If every time I say "You're a Marxist," they can reply with a specific grief, ie., "The globe is warming," they have successfully deflected the argument.  They have turned it from my pointing out they are Commie pigs to one whereby I must debunk the Global Warming nonsense.  We are letting them control the dialog.  We must re-take control of the argument and leave the specifics for later.

For example, a friend of mine introduced me to this uber Liberal woman and he said "Watch this - I'm gonna stir this Liberal lady up into a frenzy," and he did.  As she entered he the room he said "meet my friend (referring to me) and said "He's a Republican," to which the Commie chick says "Oh, 67 million dollars for the illegal war in Iraq, but none for the Katrina victims."  I corrected her and told her it was 67 BILLION, not million, and she said "even worse!"

Instead of any dialog about philosophies it immediately became her leveling accusations and my attempting to correct her non-factual facts, all to no avail.  Make no mistake friends - this is a tactic.  If we could sit in on the  back room strategy sessions at Moveon or DailyKos we would see this is no accident.  These people know they cannot bear the scrutiny of their philosophy, but they can continually deflect the argument into one whereby Conservatives spend our days arguing specifics and trying to defend our common sense from their Utopian nonsense.

The result is they get to put us on the defensive, all the while their vile philosophy goes unchallenged.  We must turn the debate from specifics and instead toward their philosophies.  We must hit them hard, again and again.  As long as they can successfully employ this tactic we will spend our days defending common sense and they will walk away having made us look like we hate everyone not a Conservative, which is insanely untrue, but somehow they have managed to take control of the dialog.

When we refuse to play the "who struck John" game, and we make them justify their Marxist philosophy, we will drive these vile creatures back where they belong.  And in so doing we will remove from their play book the ability to appear as if they are the concerned ones, and then we win!

And please, if you take nothing from this post, save one thing, look into "The Revolutionary's Catechism."  In it will be found the following concept (i paraphrase) - "We are willing to DESTROY all we know in order to rebuild it in our own vision."  Sounds a lot like 2008 American radical Leftism, don't it?

Never give up; never give in.  Never!
